The Face Behind the Name

Meet Megan Macallister, the heart and soul behind MMC HR! Megan has over two decades of HR experience under her belt, having worked across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors.

As a seasoned professional, Megan has honed her experience across the many facets of human resource management; employee relations, industrial relations, strategic workforce development, restructures and redundancies, grievance management, recruitment, performance management.

Throughout her career, Megan has held in-house roles at several high-profile organisations like Boeing, Bechtel, Anglicare North Queensland, Queensland Rail and Cairns Regional Council. With a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Management (High Performance Management), and a Professional Membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute, Megan brings her A-game to everything she does.

In 2021, Megan decided to bring her passion for HR to small-medium businesses who need it most by founding MMC HR. Her mission? To create tailor-made strategies that are practical, flexible, and effective, enabling businesses to confidently navigate the complex landscape of today’s business world. With Megan and MMC HR by your side, you’ll have the support you need to turn HR challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
